Hands-on sushi class-parties instructed by Executive Chef Chris Wessely 

Course Title: Sushi 201 - Deep-Fried and Fusion Rolls

(suggested prerequisite: Vegetable Sushi Rolls Class)- So you took a basic sushi class somewhere/sometime before and now you are looking to take your master sushi skills to the next level, eh?  Well then, welcome aboard!  From the perfect tempura batter to the amazing tropical fusion combinations, Chef Wessely will personally train you in replicating that deep-fried sushi roll that you find oh-so delectable at those expensive fusion-sushi restaurants.  Yes, Fusion is in, but you don't have to break the bank to get it.  Weâ??ll perfect a deepfried tuna roll, Wesselyâ??s Ultimate Tropical Roll (pineapple-cilantro salsa and a rum beurre blanc sauce).  This class will blow you away!  See pictures from past classes here.

Cost:  $600.00 (up to 10 people)  |  $800 for 20 people

  • All ingredients to make sushi (come hungry!)

  • A recipe packet of all the dishes, tools, and ingredients used that evening

How it works:
You and your close friends prepare for an unforgettable party!  You bring your favorite beverages and Chef Wessely will supply the rest!  The chef will begin with a celebratory drink cheering and authentic Japanese Osembe as he begins the course.  Hands on training and demos will follow.  We will be eating throughout the class..
