Course Title: Let's Roll Sushi 101

Become a master sushi chef in one night!  Chef Wessely teaches you all the basics from mastering perfect sushi rice to conquering 3 basic rolling styles using healthy veggies and Yellow-fin Tuna.  By the end of the night, you'll be ready to host your very own sushi party.  Warning Disclaimer:  Side effects include, but are not limited to: the sudden increase of spontaneous dinner guests, a healthier culinary lifestyle, and/or jealous out-of-town-friends who couldn't make your dinner party, but rather just drooled over your facebook pictures of your culinary masterpieces.   See photos from past classes here 


Cost:  $600.00 (up to 10 people)  |  $800 for 20 people

  • A recipe packet of all the dishes, tools, and ingredients used that evening

How it works:
You and your close friends prepare for an unforgettable party!  You bring your favorite beverages and Chef Wessely will supply the rest!  The chef will begin with a celebratory drink cheering and authentic Japanese Osembe as he begins the course.  Hands on training and demos will follow.  We will be eating throughout the class..
